Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-ready tech roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable energy systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design and prototype breakthrough solutions in rapid innovation sprints
- Partner with VCs and Fortune 500 companies to validate and scale innovations
- Present strategic tech visions to C-suite executives and industry boards
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for next-gen technologies
- Mentor a cohort of specialized researchers and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, R&D leadership, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Strong background in scenario planning and future trend analysis
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or partnerships
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience leading cross-continental R&D teams
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented technologies or major innovations
