Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI/IoT/quantum computing solutions
- Secure strategic partnerships with academia and industry pioneers
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Monitor regulatory landscapes for emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Experience with agile/Scalable methodologies for R&D
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
