Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR, or sustainable tech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Exceptional strategic planning abilities with demonstrated experience in multi-year roadmaps
- Strong financial acumen for managing innovation budgets and ROI analysis
- Published thought leadership in technology futures or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling technical teams in high-growth environments
