Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing the 2026 technology innovation strategy

- Architect proof-of-concepts for next-gen systems with 10x performance improvements
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments toward breakthrough capabilities
- Mentor talent in future tech methodologies and ethical implementation
- Monitor global tech trends to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/Blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
- Strong financial acumen for R&D budget allocation
