Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI projects to commercialization
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent expertise)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite/board experience
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals or equivalent impact
