Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen technologies (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems, decentralized networks)
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption predictions
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and incubate breakthrough startups
- Present tech forecasts to C-suite and board members with actionable insights
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for prototype development
- Coordinate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University for cutting-edge research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum projects from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- Strategic consulting background (McKinsey, BCG, or Deloitte preferred)
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
