Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching innovative products in AI, quantum, or biotech
- Deep expertise in emerging technology forecasting and market analysis
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Experience securing venture funding and managing large R&D budgets
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
