Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points
- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AGI applications) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen solutions
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortia
- Present innovation frameworks to the board and C-suite stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
