- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Quantum Computing concepts into legacy systems.
- Define the technical vision and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and researchers.
- Monitor global technology trends to ensure our technology stack remains competitive and future-proof.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Technical Leadership, with a focus on AI and Cloud technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects ahead of schedule.
- Strong understanding of deep learning, neural networks, and predictive analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
