Responsibilities
- Architect scalable AI/ML infrastructure for 2026-era data ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Drive R&D initiatives for next-gen human-computer interaction technologies
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation guidelines
- Partner with C-suite to align technical strategy with 5-year market projections
- Mentor senior engineers in emerging tech stack mastery

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven 5-year strategic planning experience
- Expertise in AI/ML deployment, blockchain integration, or quantum computing
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or ACM journals (2019-2023)
- Successful delivery of 3+ enterprise-scale future-tech projects
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on emerging tech
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Certified in AWS/Azure quantum services and ethical AI governance
