- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in AI/ML, quantum computing, or emerging tech
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent innovation portfolio)
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical vision for multi-year initiatives
- Experience with agile development in R&D environments
- Strong background in ethical AI development and responsible innovation
- Public speaking experience at industry conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
