Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Technology Roadmap for 2026, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on AI, quantum computing, and advanced automation.
- Oversee the migration to next-gen cloud architectures to ensure scalability.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging tech stacks to ensure competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with product management to translate future trends into actionable development cycles.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product management.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformations in a high-growth environment.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and cybersecurity.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical visions to stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
