- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in advanced AI and next-gen computing to ensure we are 2-3 years ahead of the market.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and C-suite executives to align technical vision with business goals.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Feasibility Analysis: Assess the viability of futuristic technologies and create proof-of-concept prototypes for high-stakes projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and emerging tech stacks relevant to 2026.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term product strategies and driving innovation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
