Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical vision and strategy for the 2026 product ecosystem.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3, ensuring readiness for 2026 deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technical roadmap with business goals and market opportunities.
- Oversee the migration strategy to ensure seamless integration of future-forward systems.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with long-term strategic initiatives.
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to forecast their impact on the industry by 2026.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and digital initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and distributed systems.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
