Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy for the 2026 technology roadmap, defining key milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify high-potential emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prototype and validate future tech concepts.
- Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders to drive buy-in and alignment.
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of the curve.
- Oversee the integration of predictive analytics into our decision-making processes.
- Identify potential risks and regulatory challenges associated with future tech implementations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or engineering leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of identifying and executing on emerging technology trends.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, blockchain, and next-gen connectivity protocols.
- Experience with strategic roadmapping tools (e.g., Jira, Roadmunk, Aha!).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams.
