Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI, Quantum Readiness, and Sustainable Tech.
- Lead the research and integration of next-gen computing solutions into core infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to drive innovation and scalability.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data governance, and cybersecurity.
- Oversee the strategic transition of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.
- Proven track record in implementing AI/ML architectures at enterprise scale.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks, plus familiarity with Web3 or Quantum computing basics.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
