Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns business goals with emerging tech trends, specifically focusing on AI integration and cloud scalability.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Identify, evaluate, and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, Generative AI) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Architect High-Performance Systems: Design robust, secure, and scalable systems that can handle projected data growth and user demands by 2026.
- Mentor & Inspire: Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, mentoring junior engineers and senior architects alike.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, IT architecture, or technical project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
