Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, resilient systems capable of handling high-concurrency loads for future workloads.
- Prototype Development: Build and validate high-fidelity prototypes for new product features ahead of market release.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of identifying disruptive technologies and integrating them into existing ecosystems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with creative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
