- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision for Horizon Systems' 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives and prototype next-generation algorithms in a sandbox environment.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize system latency, efficiency, and throughput for large-scale data processing.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++ with experience in distributed systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
