Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for OmniFuture Systems, specifically targeting breakthroughs in 2026 AI capabilities and Quantum processing.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and ethically aligned infrastructure that integrates Neural Networks with Quantum algorithms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional squad of AI researchers, quantum engineers, and full-stack developers.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts for executive leadership and secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward initiatives.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish guidelines for responsible AI usage, ensuring our systems align with global regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Engineering Manager or Principal Engineer).
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), Large Language Models (LLMs), and basic Quantum Computing principles.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and delivering innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
