Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI and Quantum integration, aligning with the company's 2026 vision.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of creativity, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Architecture & Engineering: Design robust, scalable, and secure software architectures that harness quantum computing capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, product management, and external research institutions to translate theoretical research into production-ready applications.
- Roadmap Management: Prioritize high-impact projects and ensure timely delivery of key milestones in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, quantum hardware, and machine learning to drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through complex, ambiguous challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on scalable solutions and system optimization.
