Responsibilities
- Lead the R&D strategy for emerging technologies including Generative AI and Autonomous Robotics.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into viable product features.
- Mentor and guide a high-performance engineering team in best practices for AI ethics and security.
- Conduct rigorous technical analysis to evaluate the feasibility of new technological breakthroughs.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and big data technologies.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team environments.
