Responsibilities

- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists in researching and deploying cutting-edge AI and automation solutions.
- Identify emerging trends in the tech landscape (e.g., AGI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) and assess their potential impact on the industry.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and large-scale system design.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and navigating complex technical challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern development methodologies.
