Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI-driven infrastructure capable of handling complex computations for 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Quantum Computing to drive product innovation.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior developers and conducting technical architecture reviews.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, C++, or Go; deep understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Cloud Architecture (AWS, GCP).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and adapt to rapidly evolving technological landscapes.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, multi-disciplinary engineering challenges.
