In this role, you will bridge the gap between emerging artificial intelligence and scalable cloud architecture, ensuring our solutions are future-proof, resilient, and innovative.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and implement the core technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum computing concepts, Advanced Cloud) into our roadmap.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Design: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of complex microservices and distributed systems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks before they impact product delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).
- Future Tech Savvy: Proven track record of implementing AI-driven solutions and understanding of next-gen computing paradigms.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams through periods of rapid growth and innovation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
