Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the long-term technology strategy for 2026, focusing on AI integration, edge computing, and Web3 applications.
- Innovation Lab: Lead a cross-functional team in prototyping and testing emerging technologies to assess viability and ROI.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with leading tech startups and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Implementation: Oversee the deployment of pilot programs and transition them into full-scale production environments.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on global tech trends to inform our product development cycles.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or product management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of successfully forecasting and implementing future tech trends (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and pivot strategies quickly.
