Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, identifying key technological milestones and product releases.
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives to explore breakthrough technologies and their commercial applications.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the incubation of high-risk, high-reward projects that will define the next decade.
- Monitor global tech trends to anticipate market shifts and competitive threats.
- Build and mentor a team of visionary engineers and researchers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in high-tech leadership, product strategy, or R&D management.
- Proven track record of leading successful innovation initiatives and delivering long-term strategic visions.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or Computational Science.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical data into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to board-level audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
