Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, neuromorphic computing) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and business teams on future capabilities
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against future-state technology adoption
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and evaluate emerging startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or technology consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3 infrastructure)
- Proven experience translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model market scenarios and adoption curves
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio showcasing technology foresight work (published research, patents, or strategic frameworks)
- Certification in strategic management or technology forecasting (e.g., CBAP, CSM) preferred
