Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and Web3 ecosystems
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies (AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate technical vision into actionable strategies
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Build and lead a 12-person multidisciplinary innovation lab
- Represent company at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, Fintech Week)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record scaling tech products from concept to market
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing architectures
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS) preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Go/Rust)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
