Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in piloting emerging tech solutions (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech labs
- Drive innovation through hackathons and internal incubation programs
- Ensure ethical implementation of technologies and compliance with evolving regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- 8+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 2026+ vision implementation
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, IoT) and their commercial applications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
