- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with company vision
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Drive innovation through cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams
- Monitor global tech landscape and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Manage the annual $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or senior product development
- Proven track record of shaping enterprise-level technology roadmaps and driving adoption
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or related field
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $3M
