Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech verticals
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives bridging theoretical research and commercial applications
- Identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year market potential and viability
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Ensure all innovations align with UN Sustainable Development Goals and ethical frameworks
- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation culture within the organization
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
