Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ adoption cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech (quantum, AI ethics, neuro interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for tech ROI and market disruption potential
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Author thought leadership on future tech trends and their societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least three future tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical executives
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- MBA or Master's in Technology Innovation preferred
