Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching at least two future-tech products
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, or quantum systems
- MBA or MS in Technology Management preferred
- Experience scaling teams from concept to commercialization
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFS) or equivalent
