Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) into core business operations
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruptions across global markets
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and investors, securing buy-in for innovation investments
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team focused on 3-5 year horizon technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Measure and report on KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or corporate development with 5+ years in leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products or services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $10M and cross-functional teams of 15+
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
