Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant infrastructure and AGI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for 2026-era smart city solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (biotech, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present futuristic vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Drive adoption of Web3.0 and decentralized identity protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Deep understanding of Moore's Law evolution and computing paradigms
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes for AI and biotechnology
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
