Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of scaling experimental tech to commercial deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Certified in agile innovation frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
