Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech interfaces)
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological ROI and adoption impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Present visionary tech strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives in next-gen human-machine collaboration systems
- Monitor geopolitical and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO-equivalent experience
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives affecting >$1B market segments
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering with PhD preferred
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding or government innovation grants
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
