Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps and innovation strategies aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing future-focused R&D initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruptions
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or other emerging technologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
