Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech innovation
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI impact
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching cutting-edge products or solutions
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment evaluation
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
