Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for quantum/AI convergence
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant STEM field
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon scanning)
