Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR) with commercialization potential
- Design frameworks for ethical AI integration and responsible innovation governance
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and finance teams to prioritize 2026 technology investments
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting future tech landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of commercializing next-gen technologiesAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational initiatives
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
