Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year tech roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for healthcare, climate tech, and urban mobility
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Create immersive digital twins for simulating future scenarios and impact assessments
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with demonstrable impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative projects from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation
- Strong presentation skills for communicating complex technical concepts
- Portfolio of published thought leadership or patents in emerging technologies
