Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, IoT, and biotechnology
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and sustainable technology implementation
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused skills and methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech commercialization or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or biotechnology integration
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience building diverse, high-performing technical teams in dynamic environments
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic modeling software
