- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption readiness
- Advose on ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biotech implementations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies

- Deep understanding of blockchain, nanotech, and climate tech ecosystems
