Responsibilities

- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable tech adoption across global operations
- Partner with VCs and startups to scout and acquire breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio for future-focused initiatives
- Establish ethics protocols for human-technology symbiosis by 2026
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Biotech, or Engineering with 12+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- C-suite experience in Fortune 500 tech or biotech innovation leadership
- Published research in IEEE Nature on future tech ethics or adoption
- Strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, or similar
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
