Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ tech strategy by analyzing emerging trends in quantum computing, AGI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Develop future-proof roadmaps aligning with ESG and regulatory frameworks
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present disruptive concepts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor next-gen talent through our Future Leaders Program
- Monitor geopolitical and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, Web3, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive technology implementations
