- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for emerging tech initiatives
- Represent company at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Published research in quantum algorithms or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record scaling tech teams (50+ engineers)
- Deep knowledge of Web3, quantum cryptography, and sustainable tech
- Executive presence with experience interfacing with VCs and governments
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Q#)
- Security clearance (preferred for defense-adjacent projects)
