Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with quarterly milestone reviews
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with market opportunities
- Produce strategic whitepapers and market analyses for C-suite decision-making
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Represent company at global tech forums and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP preferred)
