Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in emerging tech strategy at FAANG or unicorn startup
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI convergence
- Track record of securing federal innovation grants ($5M+)
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST)
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global partnerships
